Important things to note:

• Refunds/Replacements will only be granted when there has been a damage in Transit or the goods are found to be not as per the description provided.
  
• Each piece is Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement once the order has been shipped from our end.
  
• We cannot allow changes to any orders once placed as it’s an automated process of fulfillment. We will try to make the changes if requested, however there is no guarantee that the same will be done.
